Our support starts with comprehensive consulting and planning during the first stages of projects and continues through project realization. During the construction of the vessel, we can supervise the installation and commissioning of propulsion and auxiliary engine systems. Through the vessel's lifespan, we support you in all aspects from maintenance to parts delivery, repair, reconditioning or upgrading. Customized training for your crew and staff ensures maximum availability of your vessel.

We offer:

  • State-of-the-art diagnostic tools.
  • All maintennce and repair works of your Cat marine power systems, performed by UAB Witraktor professionals.
  • Cat parts availability (normally 24 hours) through our renowned worldwide parts distribution network.
  • Customer Support Agreements (CSA). Three flexible CSA options are available, which can be customized to fit your needs: Inspection, Preventive maintenance, and Total maintenance and repair. The more commprehensive the CSAs, the greater the benefits.
  • ESC - Extended Service Coverage is available for 36, 48, 60 months priods and up to 6000 hours from date of delivery for your new Cat propulsion engines and generator sets. In addition, Platinum-Plus ESC covers Cat engine controls and certain pilot house displays. ESC coverage mirrors the standard warranty coverage and is also transferable.
  • SOSTM oil sampling services.
  • Remanufactured products availability.
